Summary:

As a Software Trainee, you will be part of the Telecom Project team supporting Engineering and Testing services for cutting-edge solutions in 4G, 5G, Wi-Fi, and emerging technologies. You will receive hands-on training in telecom systems, DevOps tools, automation scripting, and real-world telecom lab environments. The role is based in Bangalore, with potential travel for project assignments across India or internationally.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Support engineering activities related to 4G, 5G, and 2G telecom technologies.

Assist in the verification and validation of telecom software tools and systems.

Learn and support DevOps practices and contribute to automation scripting (Python/Java).

Maintain and update daily lab status reports, including active nodes for Radio, Core, and other telecom services.

Participate in R&D activities involving next-gen technologies like 6G, NTN, and Private 5G services in India/Singapore/Dubai.

Provide on-call support to testing and operations teams on a 24×7 ad-hoc basis when required.

Assist in preparing documentation, email communications, newsletters, or presentations.

Provide administrative and coordination support for project-related activities.

Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by the Project Manager or Project Lead.

Technical/Functional Competencies: 

Basic knowledge of Python, Java, or similar programming/scripting languages.

Familiarity with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Understanding of IP networks and telecom infrastructure.

Proficiency in MS Office / Office 365 tools.

Strong communication, writing, and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate in diverse teams.

Education:

Successfully completed a Diploma in Electronics & Communication (ECE), Computer Science (CSE), or Information Technology (IT), BCA during 2024–2025.

Successfully completed SSLC or HSC (10th or 12th) before the diploma.

Completed academic or personal projects related to software or telecom fields.

Language:

Fluent in English with excellent reading and writing skills.

Any of Indian languages like Kannada, Telugu, Tamil or Malayalam is must.

Travel and Stay:

Part of work might involve travel across India along with Engineering Team.

Short Stay in the Project Location less than 2 weeks will be taken care by company.

More than two weeks, relocation to the Project Location is must.
